Britney Spears doesn’t intend to take Kevin Federline’s crap lying down y’all.

Whilst Team K-Fed are delivering subpoenas to everyone from his ex-wife’s former assistants to Promises rehab centre, the singer’s own file will claim how Kevin partied throughout her pregnancies and tried to sell a sleazy video of them having sex.

A friend of the singer tells the Daily Star: “It’s not just Kevin’s partying and gambling, there are all sorts of things she thinks lawyers should know about.

“She may not be Snow White, but she is determined to show he is no knight in shining armour either.”

The case is due to be held at the Los Angeles Superior Court on September 17.
