Kiefer Sutherland was formally charged today with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office announced Friday.

Because this is not the first time Sutherland has found himself in hot water, he could spend up to a year in jail. If I were Kiefer I would hook up with Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton’s Lawyers.
