Anna Nicole Smith Overdose Photo Real! Howard K. Stern Threatens Lawsuit
I wasn’t going to do a post about this, but in light of new information, I feel compelled. Yesterday, a very disturbing photo of Anna Nicole Smith, naked and covered in vomit, was sent to several bloggers. This photo was allegedly a corpse photo, however, we have since learned that the photo is from a previous overdose in the Bahamas.
The kicker is, this photo was taken from Anna Nicole Smith’s camera and Howard K. Stern wants it back. He claims the camera was stolen, however, a source who was close to Anna Nicole says the camera was given to her trusted bodyguard, Big Moe, by Anna Nicole herself.
These photos were allegedly taken by Howard K. Stern with Anna Nicole’s camera in the Bahamas less than a month before Anna died. It appears as though Anna was pretty damn drugged up when they were taken. Our source informs us that in a brief moment of clarity, Anna saw these pictures on her digital camera and was terrified not only at her state of intoxication when the photos were shot, but more concerned with why someone would take pictures of her in this state. Anna allegedly relied on “Big Moe,” who was her bodyguard as well as her close friend. Anna reportedly gave these photos to Big Moe as a “gift” and intended them to chronicle her last days, as she feared her impending death upon realizing her advanced, addicted, intoxicated downward spiral.
Our source would also like people to know that he sent these photos to bloggers because he felt this was the best way to help Anna Nicole “speak from the grave” and tell her story, specifically that she was taken advantage of and exploited by those closest to her prior to her death while in an obvious incoherent and vulnerable state, and he also hopes bigger, more reputable media outlets will investigate his story. The source didn’t ask for any monetary compensation and assures us these photos belong to Big Moe, Anna’s bodyguard and close friend.
Ummm, excuse me? Why the hell was he taking a photo of Anna Nicole as she lay dying from an overdose? What kind of person does that? Oh thats right. The same asshole who kept her drugged out of her mind and isolated. The man who shot a video of a very pregnant Anna Nicole Smith messed up on God knows what drugs, with a clown face painted on. And now he wants the photo back. Bully for him.
The photo of Anna Nicole and Dannielynn below is from the same camera. She is obviously whacked out of her mind. It’s sad to look at these photos and know that her death may have been prevented if those closest to her had gotten her the help she needed. I am not posting the overdose photo here. so disgusting Howard. I have never known anyone to hold a camera so closely as did Howard. The point is that it is very abnormal to want to document these disgusting attributes of Anna’s life. It is so obviuosly embarrassing and disgusting. I mean, who would ever want to browse through their old pictures and stumble across all these pictures he has. Hasn’t Howard ever heard of the delete button? He claims these pictures were taken out of a series of 15-20 photos.. and “who wouldn’t have a bad shot”. The point is to delete the unflattering photos so as not to be embarrassed. Or if you are Howard, continue to take ungodly amounts of photos in order produce a stronger case against himself for MURDER

Kind of odd isnt it that both her and her son died the same way? no i don’t think so Howard , u know u did it and sad thing is u took a mother away from her daughter in stead of u filming and camming annas every move u should of helped her get to a hospital where she could get help from the depression she suffered at your hands by killing her son , u sick son of a b*tch . She needed help and u instead helped your self to photo shoots to sell the photos to the press for money, well, how are u holding out now with out her money Howard ? do u actually have to work now? i bet so because u killed your meal ticket any smart attorney knows that you don’t bite the hand that feeds u much less kill it! This “debarcle” would be over if the Marshall estate was finalized!…then Mr I want 6% would have to get a job {gasp!}..HK$ had a duty of care as the lawyer to ANS…instead of looking out for her welfare…he took pictures to sell to the media…Sorry!!!! he will not be on my Christmas list!!!
I am fully aware that ANS & Daniel “did drugs” & were on a path to destruction…BUT…HK$ had a duty of care…could have placed them in REHAB for their own protection…sadly he didn’t!….why not???….IMO he loved her…BUT…Anna only loved Anna…she manipulated EVERYONE around her…in the end she was left with the “gutter trash” who only wanted fame/fortune/money!
I truly feel that Anna & Daniel “scripted” their lives..BUT..HK$ MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE & CHARGED WITH AT LEAST NEGLIGENCE….personally I suspect that he “swanned off” to buy the boat leaving Moe & Taz in “control” of a dead ANS to cover himself!!!
IMO he is an “F” GRADE lawyer who continues to live in the Bahamas {illegally} & is willing to “wait out” the justice system with the hopes of STILL MAKING MONEY FROM ANNA!!!….HE MUST BE CHARGED!!!!
