Katie Holmes has decided that she wants to run the New York City Marathon. It’s odd that we haven’t seen any photos of her out running, but then I guess she would have to put Suri down.

One of Katie Holmes’ good friends revealed to OK! magazine that “Katie is determined to complete the race; she’s as fit and toned as ever.” Holmes has been training in LA and Berlin.

Evidently Tom Cruise already has his security team investigating security for the race. Jesus – it’s not like she’s the flipping President’s wife and besides with all this training she could just run away, right?
