Jane Seymour was dressed and ready to perform on Tuesday evenings “Dancing with the Stars” when she became ill back stage and was taken by ambulance to an area hospital.

Show host Tom Bergeron reported that Seymour was absent because of food poisoning. Her partner, Tony Dovolani appeared alone on the broadcast. He was sure that his partner would feel much better once she learned that they were safe for another week.

Fellow competitor Jennie Garth reported seeing Seymour being loaded on a stretcher and leaving the studio in an ambulance.

The show has had its share of breaking news this season with the death of Jane Seymour’s mother and the Marie Osmond nose dive.
