What the hell is up with Snoop Dog wearing a skirt? At the MTV Europe Music Video Awards, Snoop posed with the International House of Ho-Cakes.
Looking at this picture I think Snoop Dog wanted to be a Ho-Cake. The ascot and tennies are a little too much for me.

Ummm… that looks like a Kilt. And somewhat right get up I guess, as he’s got those straps below it.
While I’m pesonally not into it wearing Kilts, I suggest not telling a Scottish dude that he’s wearing a dress or skirt, or he may show you the formal knife they normally have stuck in there someplace…
