“Transformers” star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning at a Walgreen’s in downtown Chicago.

LaBeouf was told he was not welcome in the store because he appeared drunk. When the actor refused to leave, he was detained by a security guard and the police were called.

According to police, LaBeouf was “very courteous and polite” after his arrest. He was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and posted bond before 7am. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 29th.
