Carrie Underwood From Hometown Girl to Big Time Star
Carrie Underwood has made a huge transformation since her 2005 American Idol win. In our opinion, she is one of the most elegant and beautiful country singers around, but that was then and this is now. Fast forward two years to November 2009.
What a difference two years can make. Last night at the CMA Awards, Underwood actually got skunked….not winning a single award for the first time in a very long time. New kid on the block, and country music’s newest sweetheart is Taylor Swift, who won four awards last night. Check out photos and video here.

OMG I am a big fan of Carrie Underwood. She is a good singer and a pretty girl. I hope I grow up to be like her.
Carrie got skunked by the CMA’s because they gave all the awards to a skunk. Taylor Swift stinks. Her singing is the worst in music history and they give that girl a vocal award. Don’t look for the 2010 CMA Awards. CMA jumped the shark, they are history. Just meaningless trophies now.
