Boy George is at it again. He is due to appear in court on charges that he falsely imprisoned a male escort by chaining him to a wall.

The singer was charged and released on bail earlier this month according to UK’s Press Association. This is Boy George’s second incident this year. On April 28 he ran into similar problems at his London flat.

Apparently 47 year old singer turned DJ and fashion designer can’t help himself. One would think that the threat of serving prison time would keep him on the straight and narrow. But then again, maybe Boy George looks forward to the experience.
