The ever so vocal Heather Mills is dating. I wonder if that means she will now lay off Paul McCartney for seeing MTA board member Nancy Shevell.

Heather Mills was in Monaco with David Schilling, a former milliner, who is now a top sculptor in Britain. The two were seen at the opening of Fernando Botero works at Marlborough Gallery.

Sources say “they looked chummy and he only had eyes for her.” I am guessing that he lives in a cave and has never watched TV or opened up a newspaper. Good luck to you David, she’s a whack!

This could turn out to be good news for Paul McCartney!
