They're being listed again because her arrest on the two new misdemeanors means her parole was revoked and she now will probably face sentencing on the felonies as well. That also is why she won't get bail on the new charges. She'll be in jail for awhile just awaiting a court appearance probably. She is clearly a very troubled person and while I think she needs to now be in jail for the good of herself and society, my heart still goes out to her. She's young and has a lot of talent, but she also apparently has a lot of demons. I hope there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but it seems less and less likely.
