Joan Van Ark – Plastic Surgery Gone Awry
Joan Van Ark, of Knots Landing fame, has apparently had some plastic surgery. From the looks of recent photos, she should be hiding in the shadows rather than posing in front of a camera for all the world to see.
The actress was photographed at a recent Hollywood benefit looking heavily made up. According to Daily Mail, she had mask-like makeup that did a very bad job of hiding what was underneath – bad plastic surgery. Her eyebrows were heavily painted on and her skin looked blotchy.
Van Ark, 64, has apparently been trying to recapture her youth. Hopefully it is a case of unveiling her new look too soon after a procedure rather than a procedure gone awry.

I haven’t seen this site before. Is this a site that focuses on this to warn others or is it mostly paparazzi-ish? Perhaps it is a little of both. Those lips must become a normal site for many in the Hollywood world, but they certainly don’t look normal to most. How sad that so many look so terrible after plastic surgery, but one can’t blame them, really, because looks are such a part of the world they are or were in. I admire Judi (or is it Judy . . .) Dench and Cathy or Kathy (don’t feel like googling all and don’t follow enough of this to know, really) Bates and loved Jessica Tandy and additional.
