It sounds to me like Daniel Baldwin could be in a heap of trouble. Judge Scott Millington isn’t messing around.  After a no show for a scheduled court appearance by Baldwin, the judge ordered a no-bail bench warrant.

Probation was revoked because he couldn’t come up with a good enough lie as to why he wasn’t in court. Sadly enough, the court appearance was just to give an update on how his drug rehabilitation was going - a no-show does not look good.
