Brooke Shields and the rest of the Henchy family recently enjoyed some time at a Brentwood, California playground and dog park. Our featured photo shows the actress in a loving moment with daughter Grier, 1. They were accompanied on their outing by husband Chris Henchy and big sister Rowan, 3.

Shields has enjoyed success as a model, actress and author. Her book, Down Came the Rain, detailed her struggle with postpartum depression after the birth of her first child. She made additional news when Tom Cruise attacked her decision to take medication for the ailment. The celebrities eventually reconciled and the Cruise and Henchy families have become good friends.

Shields is currently filming a new NBC comedy-drama Lipstick Jungle, which is set to premiere on February 7, 2008. The hour long series will tell the story of three high powered friends who are at the top of their career game. Shields will play the role of Wendy, a movie executive.
