Vivica A. Fox has reportedly been duped by a male companion, who recorded the actress engaging in a sex act. The unidentified male used a cellphone to make a tape of a very drunk Fox, who was apparently servicing him.

The guy e-mailed copies of the sex scene to his friends. One of them sent Vivica a copy. She promptly turned it over to the Atlanta Police Department. It is not known whether she has filed a formal complaint against the male.
