A court hearing was held this afternoon in California Superior Court. Commissioner Scott M. Gordon ruled that Kevin Federline now has “sole legal custody” and “sole physical custody” of his sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Britney Spears visitation rights have been suspended by order of the court until January 14, 2008 at 8:30am. At that time there will be another hearing to determine next steps.

No winners in this case, only sad circumstances and two little boys caught in the middle.
