Britney Spears and her paparazzi friend Adnan Ghalib have been hanging out in Palm Springs since she fled Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was being held on what many thought was to be a 72 hour mandatory medical watch. The pop star has finally made it home but only for a little while before going for a drive.

Once home, Spears met up with her assistant and the two went for a drive to a drug store in Brentwood and ended up with a flat tire. Oddly enough, she was being followed by a swarm of paparazzi and continued to drive around with a flat tire until a police officer came to the rescue and gave her permission to leave her car.

If you were thinking that Britney hitched a ride from the cop, you would be wrong.   She got a ride from the paparazzi. I would be afraid to get a ride from a cop at this point too, if I were Brit.
