Britney Spears has returned to Los Angeles after her south of the border romp with new man Adnan Ghalib. After spending some time at her home, the pair went new car shopping. She dressed for the occasion in a little number she hadn’t had on in some time – the dress she wore when she married Kevin Federline – see photos below.

Presumably she just liked the dress because we know that Ghalib is already married to another woman, Azlynn Berry. That is probably the only thing keeping Brit from plunging into another marriage. We know that she has previously plunged head first into matrimony – case in point being her 55 hour marriage to Jason Alexander.

Isn’t it ironic that the media besieged pop star has latched on to one of the paparazzi and proclaims that he is the only one that she can trust? He appears to be attached to her hip and is seen toting her handbag in several photos.

Britney is due in court tomorrow to answer questions before Court Commissioner Scott Gordon. This hearing was set in an emergency session called by Kevin Federline the day after Britney was hauled off to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation. It would seem likely that she will not be allowed to see her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, until she is able to face up to the ever mounting questions that Gordon undoubtedly wants answered.

It will be interesting to see if she can pull herself together in order to make an appearance. We wouldn’t bet on it. Check out the photos – including one of Brit and K-Fed at their wedding festivities.
