People have this idea that if someone wears a bikini then they are fair game to be criticized... um, no. How about that she was on vacation, privately and because she happens to have a famous husband had her pic snapped. Hell, I am a size 16, my husband loves my body- I don't have a pituary tumor (that made me laugh, c'mon she had kids, whoever said that is an idiot!) Anyway, I would love to wear a bikini but am afraid of what other people would say- when I should just say screw you all- I like me, my husband thinks I'm hot so whatever! The bikini is a non-point. My two cents, I would have her go to a good endocrinologist and have her tested for pituitary disease, Cushings syndrome. Excessive prolactin, a pituitary hormone causes the breasts to get very big and for women to put on weight, often tons. She should be screened to rule out a pituitary tumor. Pituitary issues can also trigger problems lower down, thyroid issues, and ovarian issues as in PCOS or Polycycstic Ovarian Syndrome.
