Jaslyn Hewitt, sister of  Australian tennis pro Lleyton Hewitt, decided to take up figure shaping, a category of body building, and has attacked the sport with a vengeance. The 24 year old has been in training for a mere six months and just competed for the first time.

She is only interested in figure events and doesn’t have any interest in bulking up into a she-he look. Her training regimen is four hours per day. She has lost 12 percent of her body fat thus far. She has always wanted a six pack and strives to be as lean as she can.

She believes that you can look athletic and feminine at the same time and that is her goal. She knows that maintaining her current shape will be next to impossible unless she is in a continual training mode.
