this was by all means a photoshop attemp…i say this because the girl on the left jaw was clearly extended unless she has a serious overbite…it looks asif miley was blowing a kiss and where her hand was you can see where the person TRIED but failed horribaly to input hair

UHM HELLLLLLO look at the pic it is altered miley is really blowing a kiss but the other person cut that pic pasted it and then stretched her lips to look like they were kissing imean no ones lips are that big besides ive been studiing graphic art and photoshop and i can say this is some poorpoor work but apparently ppl will fall for anything these days
