Victoria Beckham teamed up with Marc Jacobs to promote a health awareness campaign to protect skin from the ravages of sun exposure. She is the face for his new ad campaign and appears nude on a t-shirt. The slogan is Protect The Skin You’re In.

The Interdisciplinary Melanoma Cooperative Group has teamed up with designer Jacobs to promote safe sun practices. Posh Spice remarked that since moving to the U.S., she realizes the importance of protecting her skin and that of her sons from the harsh rays of sun.

Other celebrities have lent their name and photo image to the campaign. Winona Ryder, Christy Turlington, Rufus Wainwright, Brandon Boyd, Naomi Campbell and Hilary Swank are some of the notables who have participated. All proceeds go to the above mentioned Melanoma Group.
