Britney Spears‘ fragile mental state is apparently taking it’s toll on Mama Lynne Spears. As Lynne and Papa Jamie Spears arrived at UCLA Medical Center yesterday to visit their daughter, an overzealous paparazzo gets a little too close for comfort and Lynne smacks the camera away as Jamie comes to her rescue and tells the cameraman to “Get out of her face…get out of her face…I mean now.”

As they leave the hospital, Jamie and Lynne can be seen arguing with someone through the window of a black SUV. Sam Lutfi maybe? He was seen in a black SUV at the hospital in this TMZ video.

On Friday, Britney’s dad was granted temporary control over her affairs.
