Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills Divorce Settlement
The time has come for Sir Paul McCartney and his bitter ex-wife Heather Mills to take their public divorce battle to court. The two are expected at High Court in London tomorrow and will appear in front of Mr. Justice Bennitt. Then let the ‘he said – she said’ begin. The proceedings reportedly could go on for as long as 6 days.
Not only will the judge be deciding on the fate of Paul’s $1.5 billion dollar fortune but he will also be mapping out the future for the couples 4 year old daughter Beatrice.
McCartney has been seen out on the town recently with Rosanna Arquette. Paul has put a kibosh to any romance rumors and is sticking with the ‘just friends’ scenario.

there are two sides to every story – we have only heard her complaints as she has been determined to air their dirty laundry. Paul on the other hand has tried to keep their private affairs just that – private. This shows class while she comes off like trash. Also it has taken Paul 50 years to earn his money. Just because he has plenty shouldn’t obligate him to share it all with her after just 4 years of marriage. Lets face it, whatever she gets it will be ALOT more than she had prior to their marriage.
