Jennifer Garner at the 80th Annual Academy Awards

One of the more bizarre moments from the 80th Annual Academy Awards happened as Ryan Seacrest was conducting an interview with Jennifer Garner on the red carpet.

Gary Busey kept interupting the interview in an attempt to get Seacrest’s attention. The E! host tried to handle the situation as best he could, introducing Busey to Garner, when the actor grabbed the surprised actress and planted a kiss on her neck.

Busey insisted he needed to talk to Seacrest, to which Ryan, in an attempt to move things along, responded, “I’ll see you at that party later. You know the one.”
