Brett Favre Press Conference (Video)
Green Bay Packers’ Brett Favre officially announced his retirement from the NFL in an emotional press conference this afternoon from Lambeau Field.
The press conference, which aired live, was unexpectedly delayed, and began half an hour late.
A tearful Favre thanked the Packers and said he hoped they felt every penny they spent on him was money well spent.
Well spent indeed. Favre will go down as one of the best quarterbacks in football history.
