Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Movie Trailer Controversy
In the 4th installment of the Indiana Jones series, Harrison Ford is an older, wiser Jones battling agents of the Soviet Union. The film, directed by Steven Spielberg and executive produced by George Lucas, also stars Shia LaBeouf and Cate Blanchett.
Two versions of the Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull movie trailer were released on February 14th and there is a bit of a controversy brewing. In the US version, there is an American flag in the release date background, while there is no flag in the international version. Also, machine guns pointed at Indy around the one minute mark have been edited out in the international version.
Talk of censorship is running rampant on some message boards, so we thought we’d let you take a look at both versions. Any thoughts?
