Larry the Cable Guy and spokesperson don’t really belong in the same sentence - do they? NutriSystem seems to think so and they have made Larry, who’s real name is Dan Whitney their latest talking head.

I have a hard time calling him Dan so let’s stick with Larry. Larry has already dropped an amazing 50 pounds using the program and is so happy he has decided to put his name behind it.

We will see the comedian on print ads and TV advertisements for NutriSystem. I wonder if his famous line “Git -R-Done” will be used.

Larry first became popular when he joined the Blue Collar Comedy Tour and now he is branching out and starring in movie roles - the latest being Witless Protection, with Jenny McCarthy.
