As much as Lindsay Lohan would like us all to believe that she has seen the light, she stills seems to be hanging out with losers. Friends of Lohan had warned her about spending time with music manager Jeremy Geffen.

Geffen was arrested by the LAPD over the weekend in connection with three sexual assaults, involving two 16-years-old girls. Jeremy’s bail was set at $1.11 million - I guess they weren’t screwing around.

It looks like the tides have finally caught up with Geffen as he was arraigned yesterday on felony charges stemming from 2006 and 2007.

I am not sure which one of Lindsay’s friends were telling her to stay clear of the pervert, but they were right. I wonder if they said “I told you so.”  Check out photos of Lindsay on the next page.
