Michael Vick Makes 12 Cents an Hour
Michael Vick is making 12 cents (12 cents too much) an hour while he is serving his time at Leavenworth Prison for his involvement in a dogfighting ring.
Falcons owner Arthur Blank must be keeping in touch with the football star and said that Vick is doing the best he can in the joint and when not writing letters or doing the dishes, he is playing quarterback in the courtyard.
Vick, who received a whopping $37 million signing bonus from the Falcons, was ordered to return nearly $20 million to the team. Don’t be looking for the wayward QB to be back in action any time soon. His release date is July 2009.
Vick might want to donate his dishwashing funds to an animal charity of some sort. For more details on Vick’s legal trouble and sentencing, check it out here.

I FEEL THAT VICK SHOULD NEVER GET OUT OF PRISON. HE HAS DONE A GREAT INJUSTICE TO DOGS. THEY JUST WANT TO PLEASE YOU, AND THIS MAN HAD TAKEN THE FIGHTING THING TOO FAR. I THINK MICHAEL VICK IS A OUTSTANDING FOOTBALL PLAYER BUT WHEN HE DID THAT TO THOSE DOGS IT MADE ME THINK TWICE ABOUT HIM BECAUSE DOGS ARE LIKE FAMILY THEY ARE THERE FOR YOU AND I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY HE DID THAT TO THOSE DOGS I HOPE HE THOUGHT THREW WHAT HE DID IN PRISON…….AND I HOPE HE RETURNS TO THE NFL SOON WHEN HE GETS STRAIGHT, BECAUSE U CANT WASTE TALENT LIKE THAT.
Well, I hope he starts caring about dogs while doing time, because I am sure he is going to get a lot of it doggy style.
What he did was monstruous and he deserved way more than 23 months in prison. He’s career has probably ended, but not solely because of his conviction. Football will carry on without him. Bye, bye Vick! You won’t be missed (some other great player will take your place, I’m sure)!
