Victoria Beckham has done some crazy things for Marc Jacobs but the latest bizarre photo shoot has the celebrity laying in a fetal position, sucking her thumb. The gloves she is wearing don’t seem to be impeding her task.

Now that the Spice Girls Reunion Tour is history, we’ll no doubt see more of VB in the role she seems to enjoy while David Beckham is eking out a living playing soccer - that of cover girl.
