During last night’s appearance on TRL, Ashlee Simpson tried very hard to dodge the pregnancy rumors. After the show, the singer was interviewed by MTV and only revealed the following when questioned about her becoming a mommy:

“Some things you just want to keep private.”

A close family source tells People Magazine that not only are she and Fall Out Boy, Pete Wentz expecting, but they will be married in May. The ceremony will be a small gathering at a friends residence in La Jolla, Calif.

Oh, I hope that Papa Joe isn’t planning to turn this into a new reality show. I don’t think the world is ready to hear Ashlee complaining about the baby kicking……OMG! Pete – like the baby is ummm…. kicking, snort, snort, snort.
