A woman believed to be Deborah Jeane Palfrey, the so-called D.C. Madam that was convicted of federal charges stemming from operating an escort service in the Washington D.C. area, was found dead from an apparent suicide in a Florida mobile home Thursday.

The mobile home belongs to the mother of Deborah Jeane Palfrey, and the body was found in a storage shed on the property, along with handwritten notes describing the victim’s intention to take her own life.
