I really felt so badly when I read this. Of course, she has every right to do what feels best to her, but she is one of very few actresses who are role models to me in regards to aging. No matter how good surgery is, I can always tell. It has a tight, plastic, maintained look that is very unattractive.

It has come to the point where aging naturally is not accepted. Yet I find it much more attractive overall.

Sally will still be getting parts -and whether she has surgery or not, they will probably be as an older love interest, a mom, a grandmother, a business woman. For a woman who has made her career playing great character
roles to go this route, a woman who is truly lovely, is a pity and a disappointment. Soon, there will be no one to look up to.

What a disturbing story. To think that someone so naturally pretty, spirited and strong feels pressure to go fake. She's one of the few actresses of her age that one can see onscreen without cringing. Don't do it, Sally! Resist!

Thanks for the good story,
