Amid the Myspace and Vanity Fair photos uproar that is threatening to topple Disney’s Hannah Montana franchise, Showbiz Tonight has dug up an interview from February 2006, with then 13-year-old Miley Cyrus and dad, Billy Ray, just after they signed on with the Disney show.

It was Miley’s first trip to New York City and she was very excited about the new venture into showbiz. Dad Billy Ray was beaming with pride when he mentioned her record deal with Hollywood Records.
