Jessica Simpson has graced the covers of most high profile magazines. Her appearance on the cover of the upcoming issue of Dear DOCTORx: Dentistry & Oral Health Magazine (Volume 2, Issue 2) is a first for the Hollywood celebrity.

Why? Simpson has provided her celebrity name, her time and monetary assistance in support of Operation Smile, a nonprofit organization dedicated to treating children around the world who have facial deformities is showcased in this issue. Of her personal association with the organization, she had this to say:

My experience in Kenya was incredible. To witness the truly miraculous transformations in the lives of so many desperate needy children was both powerful and personally rewarding.”

Jessica was served as an International Youth Ambassador for Operation Smile for several years. Other celebrities lending support to the group include Roma Downey and Billy Bush.
