Kate Moss looked like a mess at the end of the launch party for her new fragrance “Velvet Hour” at the Watergate Club.

On the way back to her hotel, the model started shedding her hair. Seems a little embarrassing if you ask me. Didn’t anyone tell her not to drink the perfume?
