Chelsea Handler, host of E! talk show Chelsea Lately, has released her second book Are You There, Vodka? It’s me Chelsea. She and her ‘little nugget’ Chuy were signing copies of her book at Barnes and Noble in the Grove yesterday.

So, let me get this out of the way – everyone has their idol and mine is Chelsea. No I am not drunk. But I gotta tell you every time I watch her show I laugh my ass off and in my funny little mind think I should be right alongside her at the table talking trash about Hollywood, because if you ask me I will tell you I am hysterical.

I plan to read the book somewhere in-between writing about Amy Winehouse being honored for her humanitarian efforts or Samantha Ronson throwing a leggin’s burning party. I thought about lying and saying how great it was and you had to run out and get it but then sure as s!*t, Chelsea would call me and ask me to be on the show and she would want to know something crazy about what I liked best about her book. Ummm… the part where you talk about vodka?

I have started writing my own book and have narrowed the title down to a select few. I am leaning towards Are You There, Chelsea? It’s me, Missy from Bitten and Bound.
