Nicky Hilton is Scary Skinny (Photos)
Nicky Hilton is a model, socialite and fashion designer. The super skinny 24 year old is the second oldest of Kathy Hilton and Rick Hilton’s four children and sister to Paris Hilton. She has had one failed marriage, which was annulled in 2004 after less than two months.
Nicky was seen yesterday leaving a medical clinic in Beverly Hills. It has been rumored that she is being treated for an eating disorder. We don’t know if there is a smattering of truth but the photos taken on Tuesday attest to her very thin upper legs and arms. Keep in mind, cameras generally add the appearance of 10-20 extra pounds. That being the case, she is decidedly underweight.
Check out the pics from yesterday as well as some that were taken recently. It looks like Nicky is losing muscle mass. The closeup of her legs show that she is becoming bowlegged – not attractive.

Wow, how is Nicky Hilton walking? I wonder how her ex Kevin Connolly feels seeing her this way. She used to be normal sized. Even Paris isn’t super skinny. Is Nicky doing too much partying with David Katzenberg, or is he really just no good for her?
Disgusting! The real question is, how can she possibly have a boyfriend. I don’t understand how any man could actually find such a skeletal unhealthy looking girl attractive whatsoever. Gross…. Whatever the circumstances.. the blame can’t be placed entirely (if at all) on her boyfriend. She’s a grown woman and is able to make her own decisions. one of which is evidently to starve herself. Her bones are protruding and her eyes are all sunken in.. Ewwww
This is so sad. From experience, I would say that she probably looks in the mirror and thinks that her appearance is normal or that she could even stand to lose a few. It’s a terrifying disease
