Uma Thurman Engaged to Arpad Busson (Photos)
Actress Uma Thurman’s rep, Stephen Huvane has confirmed to People magazine, that Swiss multimillionaire Arpad Busson popped the question and Uma accepted.
The 8-plus carat diamond, surrounded by 20 smaller stones, is surely the icing on the cake for Thurman. A source close to the couple stated that “it’s the most beautiful piece I have ever seen, Arki did a wonderful job”.
The lovely Uma has been dating Arki since last summer. The couple were able to successfully pull off a long distance relationship; he is based in London and she in New York.
Arpad had a previous relationship with supermodel Elle Macpherson and is the father of her two sons. Uma has a daughter and a son with actor Ethan Hawke. The two divorced in 2003.

I am so happy for her! Many blessings that she is loved and honored always. She deserves a classy elegant man like Arpad after that twit narcissist Ethan Hawke dishonored her and dragged her through the dirt for the nanny. Some men fall into that ’she stoops to conquer’ seduction. It’s so much about power. To do that to a goddess like Uma must have been a thrill for both parties.
This is why when you hire a nanny and you have a handsome husband they need to be able to pass a test…. can they shatter a mirror at fifty paces? New mothers have enough to deal with without bringing a predator into the house. I witnessed a case like that and it was very sad.
