Incriminating Evidence Surfaces in Rob Lowe Nanny Case
It looks like the Rob Lowe legal case against former nanny Jessica Gibson could be getting interesting. Court documents have surfaced that paint Gibson as a little more than friendly with a few of the male staff.
Jessica Gibson is accusing Lowe of sexual harassment in the work place. Her fight may have just taken a turn for the worse now that she will have to prove that she is trustworthy and not promiscuous.
Nigel Armstrong, who was the Lowe’s tennis instructor, stated in a sworn declaration:
“Jessica Gibson told me shortly after we first met in mid-2005 that she was interested in me…She was very forward and did not seem concerned with being discreet.”
The instructor said that Gibson sneaked him into Lowe’s home a handful of times. Armstrong wasn’t the only former employee coming clean. Lowe’s former private chef James Maclear also stepped forward and said that Gibson had an overly flirtatious manner.
The next hearing in this case will be held on July 10th. Bitten and Bound will be sure to keep you up to date on the latest.

It always comes down to this – and it is kind of sad that it does…I obviously have no stand on who did what here – but turning the accuser into a promiscuous person is always a good way to get out of this kind of trouble, unfortunately.
