Corey Hart Defends Daughter’s Beer Bath (Video)
Baseball player Corey Hart’s Milwaukee Brewers teammates couldn’t wait to congratulate him on his All-Star bid. Hart was in the Miller Park interview room with his two young children after learning of his election, and just a few minutes into the press conference about a dozen of his teammates burst into the room spraying beer on Hart and his children.
Hart’s 2-year-old daughter, Ryleigh, was sitting on his lap as the men came through the door loudly cheering their support dousing Hart and his daughter with beer. Hart immediately protected Ryleigh, covering her eyes.
Hart was surprised by the media backlash that followed his daughter’s beer bath, and said of Ryleigh, “She’s fine; she’s perfect.”
“I went and got her a popsicle, and she was great,” he said.
The tape doesn’t show Hart’s 3-year-old son, Matthew, whom I can only assume was standing nearby.
If I were in those men’s shoes, it’s not the media backlash that would concern me, it’s the momma I would be worried about. If a bunch of grown men busted into a room and sprayed beer on my 2 year old daughter, there would be hell to pay.

and yes, my husband’s a stockbroker, opposed and I was raised having fun – the american way! ; )
