		<description>No, this is not plagiarism. The first four bars of both songs are almost identical, but neither is original. This particular melodic line has been used by over a dozen recording artists since 1950. If this legal matter ever gets anywhere near a court, it will die quickly. I&#039;m not a fan of either artist, but I&#039;m impressed by some of what I&#039;ve read about the two. Wilson seems to have a devil-may-care attitude about everything. The Crowes seem to believe that they have rock and roll integrity because they don&#039;t use hairspray. I don&#039;t take either artist very seriously, which I think would offend the Crowes more than Wilson.</description>
