Congratulation to the latest celebrity couple who have tied the knot. Singer Jewel and rodeo champion Ty Murray escaped to the beautiful Bahamas and were married in a private ceremony.

Ty and Jewel have been together for a whopping 10 years – which equates to eons when you’re famous. The pair live on a 2,200 acre ranch in Stephenville, Texas when they aren’t performing before their fans.

At a recent charity event, Jewel talked a bit about marriage and said, “It’s something that needs to be take seriously.” Her rep also had a few words to say after the ceremony:

“She wore a traditional wedding gown, while Ty wore his favorite blue jeans, white shirt and cowboy hat. The couple is very happy and look forward to enjoying their honeymoon.”
