Pink Wants to Rescue Children (Photos)
Outspoken singer Pink, who split from her husband Carey Hart in February, talked with Star magazine about having children of her own one day.
First and foremost, Pink thinks there are way to many people in the world already and she is a firm believer in rescuing.
“I don’t know if I need to have my own children. I rescue dogs so I would probably rescue kids. I feel like with global warming and all, why produce more. Foster parent. Adoption.”
No matter what Pink’s course of action, she wish her well. The singer has remained close to Hart in a support role after learning that his brother Anthony Hart recently died in a motorcycle accident.

As the parent of 2 internationally adopted children-I find it HIGHLY insulting that PINK (or anyone) would equate the adoption a child with adopting a DOG!! That is disgusting, truly truly disgusting.
Jesus H. Christ Tracy, she wasnt “equating” child adoption with adopting a dog. Read the article again and get a clue.
So the only thing you were able to make out of this is “ohmygod, wtf is she saying ……..”"child=dog”", wtf im SOOO insulted”.
And what is the deal with you ………… being so insulted about someone’s views ??!!! GET A LIFE….after you get a friggen clue.
We see ads and agencies continually to rescue animals. Reality shows showing animals rescued from Squallor. I like animals very much. I love children. Kids first please. Often it seems that the media places the value of the child below that of abandoned pets. I would love to see ads from agencies for abandoned children and booths at festivals soliciting donations for the kids rather than animal rescue.. Think about it when was the last time you saw a child featured instead of the animal on the morning show, in TV ads or an Operation Kindness for the kids. Go Pink, there are too many in the US who would rescue a pet but not have time etc to rescue a child. Do a search on resuing animal vs rescuing children and you will get the picture.
