Ryan Seacrest and Paris Hilton are in talks for a new scripted TV series.

Ryan Seacrest Productions and the 27-year-old reality-star have struck a deal to develop a series together according to People magazine.

Seacrest also produces E! network’s hit reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which features Hilton’s friend Kim Kardashian.

Paris Hilton’s My New BFF airs on MTV this fall.
