hang on she’s 16 and has been since been going out with justin … now she is back with nick…. it is up to her who she dates… and obviously if billy ray wasn’t ok with it he would let it happen? he has other children to who are grown up and thay have turned out fine. she is old enough to make her own desicions and she doesnt need the critiscm off people who dont know her to put her down really does she?
