Crissangel.com has been bombarded with fans looking for information on Criss Angel’s rumored hot romance with Hugh Hefner’s girlfriend Holly Madison.  The Girls Next Door celebrity was caught getting cozy with the magician in the grainy photo seen below.

According to Executive Producer Ken Burns, there is no truth to the rumor that Madison has turned her back on her octagenarian boyfriend Hef.  He said “I really don’t know where this stuff comes from.”

In any case, Criss Angel is busy with A&E, the network that features show Criss Angel Mindfreak.   As both star and creator of the show, the illusionist has taken Las Vegas by storm since 2005 when the show first premiered with stunts that had him walking on water, levitating above the Luxor Hotel, floating between two buildings, surviving an explosion, cutting himself in half and getting run over by a steamroller.

He attemped to jump out of a prisoner transport vehicle in season 3 and fell off a cliff, injuring his neck.  Production was halted for two weeks while he recovered.   Season four debuted in July 2008 and he is under contract to produce two more seasons.

Criss Angel will be starring in a live Cirque du Soleil show called Criss Angel Believe.   Preview performances of the show will begin September 26th through October 2008.  The show officially opens on October 31, 2008.  He is said to have been working on this show for 15 years and it will give audiences a look inside the mind of Criss Angel.
