Kathy Hilton is a 49 year old socialite and former actress who is married to Rick Hilton of the hotel empire by the same name.  Kathy’s famous offspring include Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton, who provide regular fodder for the media.

Rick and Kathy attended Jamie Jo’s album release party at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday.   We’re used to seeing Kathy looking perfectly coiffed and turned out.  When we saw these photos we were shocked by the contrast between her usual appearance and her lack of care for this event.

We put another photo side by side in our feature photo space to show what Kathy normally looks like.  The left hand photo was taken in March 2008 at daughter Nicky Hilton’s fashion show.
