Jamie Lynn Spears Breastfeeding Photo Sparks Child Porn Investigation
Personal photos stolen from Jamie Lynn Spears, including one of her breast feeding baby Maddie, have sparked a federal child pornography investigation.
Jamie Lynn’s left breast is exposed in the breastfeeding photo, and since the new mom is a minor, buying or selling the picture could land the buyer and seller in federal prison.
Other photos in the set (12 in all) include Jamie Lynn, her big sis Britney Spears, daughter Maddie and the baby’s father, Casey Aldridge.
The pictures, from Aldridge’s digital camera, were taken to a Louisiana Walmart where it is believed an employee made copies and tried to sell them.

if she did it sitting on a park bench, does the person walking by get charged for viewing child porn? does the person who took the picture get charged with taking pictures of a minor?? shouldn’t jamie get charged with posing for the picture?? seems like the typical double standard.. girl never gets in trouble..
are you for real girl should get in trouble for posing for a picture. she was breast feeding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! last time i checked its not against the law to feed in a public place.
